Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FOR USE OF THE OMPH

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos Only (Php 319, 800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Information Technology for use of the OMPH (Offices in the Out Patient Department). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - BAC for Health now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
