The office intends to launch this competition to implement the operation and maintenance project. This phase aims to provide managed technical services and advanced technical support that includes operating and maintaining systems and technical infrastructure, managing the technical workforce, and implementing Service level agreements (SLA), renewal and support of technical licenses, in addition to managing central monitoring and management platforms, ensuring the highest levels of availability, reliability, and cybersecurity. Competition includes assigning daily operation tasks, proactive monitoring, fault handling, Continuous improvement of performance, and submission of periodic operational and security reports, in accordance with the best practices and standards adopted in IT services management, and in accordance with the policies and regulations approved by the Strategic Office for the Development of the Al-Jouf Region.
