The DENR-PENRO, ZN now calls for the submission of the eligibility requirements of interested bidders/suppliers on or before June 27, 2018 at 1:30pm at the PENR Office, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City. The application will be evaluated on a non-discretionary -pass/fail-œ criterion.
The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) draw up the short list of bidders/suppliers who have submitted their eligibility documents/expression of interest and have been determined eligible in accordance to the provisions of R.A. 9184, otherwise known as the -œGPRA- and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
The prospective bidders are restricted only to sole proprietorship, partnership, or organization with at least sixty percent (60%) of outstanding capital stock belongs to citizens of the Philippines.

The BAC will issue copies of Bidding Documents (BDs) at PENR Office, Sta. Isabel, Dipolog City of non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (a‚+/-500.00). Bid must be accompanied by a Performance Security in the account acceptable form, as stated in Section 27.2 of the Revised IRR.
Prospective bidders shall submit their duly accomplished forms as specified in the BDs in two (2) bid envelopes to the BAC Chairman. The first envelope shall contain the technical component of the Bid to include the eligibility requirements. The second envelope shall contain the financial component of the Bid. Contract will be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive bid as determined in the bid evaluation and post evaluation.
The DENR reserves the right to reject any and all bids, annul the bidding process or not to award the contract at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidders.
