The subject of the contract is the construction of the information system for open science and education (hereinafter referred to as "ISOVAV"). Isovav is a comprehensive solution that combines educational and analytical tools to support open science. The aim of the contracting authority is that Isovav to represent a uniform platform, which will serve not only for education in the field of open science, but also for monitoring and evaluating scientific outputs, their publications and the use of open research data. The need for ISOVAV is a reaction to increasing demand for open access to scientific information and publishing output At the same time, it fulfills the requirements of the European Union for the transparency of scientific communication.
The aim is also to ensure Isovav to support effective data exchange between research institutions and the public, while ISOVAV will serve as a central database for educational materials, research publications and analytical tools. Isovav will allow users to access easy access to important information, while ensuring monitoring and evaluation of scientific activities and funds spent on research and development.
Education in the area of open science is a prerequisite for successful introduction of open access to research and academic institutions. Therefore, ISOVAV will offer comprehensive educational programs for researchers, students, academics and the public who are interested in the benefits of open science.
