The subject of the contract is the construction of the information system for open science and education (hereinafter referred to as "ISOVAV"). Isovav is a comprehensive solution that combines educational and analytical tools to support open science. The aim of the contracting authority is that Isovav to represent a uniform platform, which will serve not only for education in the field of open science, but also for monitoring and evaluating scientific outputs, their publications and the use of open research data. The need for ISOVAV is a reaction to increasing demand for open access to scientific information and publishing outputand at the same time fulfills the requirements of the European Union for the transparency of scientific communication.tools. Isovav will allow users easy access to important information, while ensuring monitoring and evaluation of scientific activities and funds spent on research and development.
Open science education is a prerequisite for successful introduction of open openaccess to research and academic institutions. Therefore, ISOVAV will offer comprehensive educational programs for researchers, students, academics and the public who are interested in the benefits of open science.
