The subject of the procurement is the procurement and adaptation of the human resource management information system (IS PU).
The basic purpose of the IS PU is to support personnel management and personnel development of the MOD and OSRH, and in a broader sense, it is to support defense activities in peacetime and wartime conditions.
IS PU must also facilitate ubto improve the quality of various personnel activities.
In Annex 3 of this Procurement Documentation there is a description of the procurement subject.
