The object of the procurement is information security evaluation and consulting services.
The goal of the acquisition is to ensure and develop the information security and management of the customers' IT environments, as well as the compliance of operations based on legislation.
The object of the acquisition is described detailed in appendix 1 of the request for tenders.
The minimum requirements for experts to be appointed as well as the requirements regarding the experience and competence to be scored and the scoring criteria are described in detail in appendix 2 of the call for tenders.
The operating model of the framework arrangement, i.e. supplier selection, is based on to the order of priority of the winners (ranking) according to the comparison criteria of the competition. The ranking rules are described in appendix 1.1 of the tender request.
The framework contract period is three (3) years. The acquisition includes an option to extend the contract period by a maximum of one (1) year.
Department of Health and Welfare (THL) is responsible for tendering for the framework arrangement as well as the maintenance of framework agreements and related contractual cooperation in relation to contract suppliers.
