Information request: Yle's media technology maintenance and development services SUBJECT OF INFORMATION REQUEST Ylen is looking for reliable partners with a framework arrangement for media technology maintenance and development services who can deliver maintenance and development services cost-effectively and ensuring the availability of procured services and operational security during the contract period. The services will include, among other things: - Technical maintenance of media devices, systems and applications - Errors and investigation and repair of malfunctions - Changes and further development - Development and maintenance of system interfaces and configurations - Measures related to performance, information security and usability - Expert and installation services Ylen related to technology solutions - Development of technical solutions and workflows The object of procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1 of the request for information (Description of the object of procurement), Appendix 1 must be kept confidential.
