Market survey and request for information about future procurement With market survey and request for information, the Kainuu welfare area will find out possible suppliers for future UPS and supercapacitor procurement. The purpose of the market survey is to obtain information about the solutions available on the market and their technical characteristics, delivery models and possible suppliers. This request for information is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, and responding to it does not bind the respondent or the procurement unit. The UPS+ supercapacitor equipment is intended to limit The power taken by the CT imaging device is backup power from the network (RUPS). The power class for the equipment is approx. 200 - 300 kW. The power becomes more precise as the electrical engineering design progresses. The equipment must be able to limit the power for about 7-10 s. We have chosen supercapacitors as the equipment's energy storage. The equipment must also be able to cut power spikes in normal use. The energy storage must be able to charge the device in a rhythm of approx. 10-15 min. every so often with random starts.
