This is not a procurement notice or a request for tender, but a market survey implemented as a request for information. The aim of this request for information is to get more information about the alternatives on the market and to hear the suppliers' views on the procurement target, so that a possible the tender can be carried out appropriately. GENERAL PROCUREMENT AND REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION The Food Agency has started the preparation of the tender for the procurement of translation services. The procurement is planned to be tendered during 2026. The Food Agency has regular need for translation services and the service is especially needed for Swedish and English translation and language checking. In addition, the agency has some need for a translation service for other languages as well. Translation services include both translation of new documents in Finnish, and updating, supplementing and correcting of already translated texts. Market survey is carried out as a request for information. With the market survey and the market dialogue that starts with it, the acquisition is clarified questions related to bidding and contracts, so that the procurement can be carried out in the most appropriate way. Participation in a request for information or a market dialogue is not a prerequisite for a possible subsequent tender for participation.
