We are currently conducting a market analysis regarding the possibility of outsourcing personnel and are looking for contractors who can provide the selection and support of foreign workers. We are initially interested in the following positions: loader; handyman; driver electric scooter; driver with a category B license; Expected format of cooperation: Provision of personnel outsourcing services on a turnkey basis. The contractor assumes full financial, legal and operational responsibility for registration (permit documents, visa support, registration), work organization, logistics, administration and replacement of personnel. Please provide preliminary information regarding: the possibility of closing all or individual positions; approximate terms of personnel selection; possible volume of personnel; opportunities attraction of workers from abroad; approximate cost per hour; commercial terms of cooperation (markup, payment terms, etc.).
