North Karelia's procurement operation is preparing the procurement of integration training for immigrants in the North Karelia employment area. North Karelia employment regionNorth Karelia employment region organize employment services in the province from the beginning of 2025. The employment area consists of 13 municipalities in North Karelia: Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Joensuu, Juuka, Kitee, Kontiolahti, Lieksa, Liperi, Nurmes, Outokumpu, Polvijärvi, Rääkkylä and Tohmajärvi.
