The procurement unit does not start the bidding process With the publication of the request for information, but a possible procurement notice and request for tender will be published later. The request for information does not oblige the procurement unit to carry out the actual procurement. The answers given to this request for information will be used in planning the maintenance of HUS' internal network "HUSnet network" and procurement of overall services related to use. HUS Group's Information Management is planning to renew the comprehensive service contract for the HUSnet network. The data network is a critical part of the HUS Group's operations and includes an extensive infrastructure of approx. 250 in a location in the Uusimaa region and connections to cloud services. The equipment base consists of e.g. of the following: - approx. 3, 000 L2/L3 switches - approx. 10, 000 WLAN base stations - firewall environments - peripheral systems. The purpose of the information request and market dialogue is to map different solution options that can be used to maintain and develop the online environment of the HUS corporation, taking into account the possible requirements of the future.
