The Food Agency is preparing a procurement for the procurement of grain storage services, which also includes receiving and sending grain. The procurement is planned to be carried out during 2023.
Before starting the tender, the Food Agency wants to hear potential bidders in a technical dialogue. The technical dialogue is not part of the competition. The information obtained in the technical dialogue is used in the preparation of the tender and will only be used internally by the agency. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to hear the suppliers' opinions and suggestions about the procurement and its requirementsta. No compensation is paid for participating in the technical dialogue.
This is not a procurement notice or request for tender, but a technical dialogue related to the procurement. Participating in the technical dialogue is not a prerequisite for participating in a possible tender that will be held later, nor is sido parties involved in it. The request for information does not obligate the procurement unit to carry out the actual purchase, but the decision to initiate a possible procurement process is made after a technical dialogue.
The request for information or its answers are not binding on either party. To respond to the request for information, addthe defendant is responsible for the basic costs.
