The city of Hämeenlinna presents a request for information to companies operating in the market regarding the feedback system. It is an ICT procurement. It is a system whose procurement procedure is decided by the procuring entity after mapping here questions under consideration by the purchasing unit in the request for information. The procurement unit has attached the functional and technical requirements for the feedback system as an appendix to this information request. Mirroring these requirements, the procurement unit presents the field the following questions for the experts:1. The client's budget for the implementation of the new system is €50, 000, half of which would be realized in 2026.
