Tender Details

This is not a procurement announcement or a request for tender, but a request for information to potential bidders published as part of the market survey.

The purpose of the request for information is to find new dose rate detectors to replace the devices in use, at the end of their useful life, of the external radiation monitoring network. The station technology will not be significantly updated at this stage, so it is important that the detectors are as compatible as possible with the old system.

STUK will select, at its own discretion, a maximum of 5 suppliers from the suppliers who responded to the request for information, and will offer these suppliersthe opportunity to present the devices that are the subject of the information request at STUK's premises at Jokiniemenkuja1, 01370 Vantaa. A maximum of 3 people/supplier can participate in the presentation.

The purpose of the presentation is to obtain information about the devices on the market and their suitability for externalily control. However, STUK is under no obligation to organize a presentation event.

STUK chooses the timet and informs each supplier selected for the presentation separately of the time of the presentation. The duration of the presentation is a maximum of approximately two (2) hours/meeting. The meetings are held in Finnish or English.
