The subject of the request for information is the device passport system, which enables the documentation of the personnel's device knowledge and qualifications. Istekki Oy will offer the system as a service to its customer owners, which are e.g. formed welfare areas.
This information request is used to clarify the device passport systemmarket situation, functional and technical features and pricing principles.
The information request document should be requested as soon as possible by email from the address: hankinnat@istekki.fi. In the request for information document, more detailed needs are described and it is told which things the response to the request for information coversyou should take a stand.
The request for information must be answered no later than February 13, 2023. Answering is done by email to hankinnat@istekki.fi.
Based on the answers received, Istekki selects 3-5 companies to present their solution in a meeting, which is carried out via Teams between Istekki and valibetween February and March.
The request for information does not obligate Istekki Oy to carry out the procurement as described in the request for information or its appendices, and the tender can also be omitted. Those who responded to the information request will not be compensated for making the information request or possiblyabout participating in additional information request presentation events.
