This announcement is a request for information, so this is not a request for quotation or a procurement announcement. The city of Seinäjoki acquires a new library system as a cloud service for the Eepos library network. The new library system will replace the one used by Eepos libraries Axiell Aurora system. The acquired system is expected to have the functionality and features described in the requirements specification. More detailed requirements set for the bidder and the offer are described in the information request and its attachments. The aim is that the new system will be in use by Eepos libraries by Q1-Q2/2027, so that the libraries can abandon the use of the current system. The schedule can be specified in cooperation with the selected supplier. The EEPOS library network includes 35 locations and 9 library van and 15 other service points. 22 municipalities are included in Eepos libraries: Alajärvi, Alavus, Evijärvi, Ilmajoki, Isojoki, Isokyrö, Karijoki, Kaskinen, Kauhajoki, Kauhava, Kuortane, Kurikka, Laihia, Lappajärvi, Lapua, Perho, Seinäjoki, Soini, Teuva, Veteli, Pennant and Ähtäri.
