Heka asks potential bidders to participate in the 2nd round of the market dialogue. GENERAL Heka has approximately 54, 000 apartments, where 92, 000 Helsinki residents live. Heka uses software robots among other things, for the creation of water bills for residents, the establishment of objects and collection reminders. In these, manual work has been replaced by robotics solutions. In the future, we want to expand the use of robots. Heka's desire is to switch to robotics to a service model where robotics is produced using the RaaS principle, which enables scalability, cost efficiency and clearer management. In the future model, the service provider is responsible for both technical and administrative requirements. The aim is to that the price of the service includes unlimited simultaneous use of robots without separate license restrictions. The goal is to implement the robotics operating environment and expert services maintained in the partner's environment as a RaaS service. Acquisition the value is about 200, 000 euros in four years. Heka organized a procurement presentation event for potential suppliers on December 9, 2025. In this request for information, suppliers are asked to comment on the procurement documents that are being prepared. Answers and comments will come to be given by 12:00 on 6 May 2026.
