The purpose is to form a framework arrangement for the future on the basis of competition. With the request for information, we find out the willingness of the providers to deliver the short-term and long-term rental service of Cars as a joint procurement. In the attachments of this request for information, you can find the draft materials for the procurement, as well as instructions, which have already presented certain ones questions. In the response to the request for information, you can comment on the content of the procurement in other respects as well. The purpose of the request for information is to survey the market and gather information and suppliers' comments so that a possible future tender could be implemented in an appropriate manner. The request for information does not ask for, and does not give, offers. After this request for information, if necessary, a market dialogue will be organized with parties interested in the acquisition.
