INFORMATION REQUEST - Language Model Procurement Channels and Service Solutions THIS IS NOT A PROCUREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT OR A REQUEST FOR OFFER, BUT A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ON MARKET SURVEY AND TECHNICAL FOR DIALOGUE This information request is used to map the market and obtain information about the purchase.
