Responses (comments, questions, suggestions, and enhancements) to this RFI are due to the

email address; [email protected] by 25 July 2022 at 2:00pm (14:00).

Responders may provide responses through email or through attachments to email in

Microsoft Word compatible format or Adobe Acrobat formats.

In order to maximize potential impact, JRF is seeking feedback on the activity approach

and seeks additional information on specs, estimated delivery times and available options that

might be useful for the implementation of the activity.
Planning phase:

 Meet, coordinate, and review internal (all JRF departmental requirements) and external stakeholders to

establish system goals, and requirements.

 Provide consultation to help shape the data gathering and entry process

 Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and

flowcharts for developers, testers and users to follow.

 Perform design of IMS to meet the user needs

Development phase:

 provide a full documentation of the shaped process and low level system requirements for all JRF

departments

 Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall

quality assurance process of the IMS Provide JRF with early screens of system behavior

Pilot phase:

 Assess, install, and troubleshoot software systems

 Check functionality of the end product - IMS.

System High-level Requirements

- Full beneficiary, user friendly management system, including friendly visualization of the service

history per beneficiary.

- User Dashboard which contains all the KPIs

- Reporting engine

- Beneficiary Portal, beneficiaries can login and check all the services they took from JRF

- Survey development and management, linked to the beneficiaries.

- Online/offline system, supported with a mobile application.

- Supports the logic of the project interventions (to receive grant, beneficiary should be enrolled in

specific training before).

- Training management system, and support the grouping of services/beneficiaries.

- Built-in work-flow system.

- SMS gateway integration.

- Integrated AI engine to help automatic detection of duplicated records.

- Data analytics engine that supports the reporting platform that enables the customization of

requirements.

- Beneficiary registration and enrollment portal where the beneficiary can log-in and submit interest in

registration.

- Easy data posting method.

- Customizable extraction on excel.

- SQL engine.

- Integration with other national & International donor-s systems.

- Ability to add features, services, etc.

- Personal identity OCR.

- Support the Document management to allow archiving of beneficiary documents and IDs.

- Integration with the civil status and passports department in Jordan.
