Scope of Work: Develop easy to use data dashboard for infodemic management consisting of different data sources i.e., social listening, UNICEF Nielsen quarterly surveys, programme monitoring data. Provide insights on public conversations, sentiments, perceptions, knowledge and practices related to COVID-19 vaccination, routine immunization and other public health topics to UNICEF RCCE team using the results from the integrated data analysis process. Produce appealing and engaging communication materials to debunk hoaxes and increase public digital literacy. The production should include a pretesting process to generate inputs from representative of the target audiences. Develop an attractive and engaging application for the public for fact-checking, reporting hoaxes and misinformation, learning about digital literacy topics (which include skills, safety, ethics). Facilitate collaboration with other organizations working on infodemic management (fact-checking, social listening, digital literacy, content production and dissemination, etc.). Strengthening coordination with infodemic management stakeholders at national and sub-national level.
