INVITATION TO BID FOR INFLUENZA POLYVALENT VACCINE
ITB No.: 2026-DM-104
1) The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the GoP intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Pesos Only (PhP2, 110, 880.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Influenza Polyvalent Vaccine. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Seven (7) working days upon receipt of call-off order. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009....
