Description : Invitation to Bid for Design and Build of Completion of Academic Complex Building
1. The Mindanao State University- Zamboanga Sibugay ( MSU-ZS), through the General Appropriations Act 2026- Capital Outlay (GAA 2026-CO) intends to apply the sum of Thirty Three Million Pesos and 00/100 only (₱ 33, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of Completion of Academic Complex, MSU-Zamboanga Sibugay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MSU-Zamboanga Sibugay now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Ninety (290) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidder (ITB).
