Technocampus wishes to expand its training offer in the field of industry 4.0, oriented industrial communication by acquiring new technological and educational work stations. The market will include: four modular work stations interconnected via a Pallet transfer system. Each station will be equipped with a dedicated application module, forming a flexible automated production line. The whole will simulate a chain manufacturing process. The entire installation must allow: • the use of software Production control with command management • Database analysis • The configuration of a cybersecurity solution • Communication with a digital twin • Objective energy measurement: • Pilot production orders based on an SQL database • Labued an industrial communication protocol (UA OPC) • Supervise production via a notifications server • Configure a secure network including a firewall and a VPN • Control the installation via a virtual environment (digital twin) • Record, analyze and View energy consumption of the line
