This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Inductively-Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS), as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”).
