The procurement services of the City of Turku's corporate administration are requesting offers for indoor air surveys and sampling of the various service units of the City of Turku for the period 1 May 2024 (target) - 28 February 2025, after which the contracts can be extended on the original terms by the written decision of the Purchaser in one (1)per year for the period 1.3.2025 - 28.2.2026.
A framework contract will be made for the procurement with one (1) Service Provider, for which two (2) alternate service providers will be selected. Alternate service providers will be used in priority order in situations where the primary Service Provideris unable to provide the service, for example due to the Service Provider's delivery capacity, lack of resources or similar situations.
If the delivery capabilities of the primary service provider and the backup service providers are insufficient, the Subscriber reserves the right to use non-contractual service providersproducers.
