Yuverta is looking for one service provider for booking business (individual) trips (traveling for 8 people or less). It concerns the following activities: searching, sacrificing, booking, canceling, changing and invoicing travel: o Travel (fly, train, bus (eg Flixbus) or boat tickets); o Stay; o Taxi (when desired); o Rental car (when desired). Taking care of travel documents; Advice in the context of the most sustainable travel option (eg in accordance with CO2 emissions); Being available and acting proactively in the event of changes/cancellations or other unforeseen influences and calamities. Making an online booking tool available. This concerns foreign journeys. Domestic journeys and overnight stays fall outside the scope.
