The procurement includes both the procurement of goods and services. As the end result of the service, the customer (patient/user) gets an individually measured and fitted orthopedic footwear, support insole, orthosis or bar shoes (finished product). The procurement also includes footwear alterations, which include individual service. Orthopedic footwear for children and young people, support insoles, orthoses, bar shoes and footwear alterations are granted as an aid to medical rehabilitation and are therefore free of charge to the recipient/customer. The payment commitment is granted before the purchase of footwear, support insoles, orthotics, bar shoes or footwear modification work and must be with the patient when purchasing the product. The procurement is divided into three (3) geographical areas, which form the following parts of the procurement: Part 1: HUS area Part 2: Kymenlaakso welfare area Part 3: South Karelia welfare area The tenderer can participate in all or selected parts.
