1.0 REQUEST FOR QUOTE
1.1 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-05
1.2 Small business set aside is 100% woman-owned small business
1.3 Applicable size standard is $47, 000, 000
1.4 Place of performance: Performance shall be throughout Michigan: Counties of Calhoun, Crawford, Eaton, Ingham, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kent, Marquette, Washtenaw and Wayne.
1.5 Period of performance is a base period of 12 months.

2.0 QUOTE FORMAT
2.1 The offeror is expected to ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, standards, and any other constraints specifically identified in the solicitation.
