Etelä Häme employment area (hereinafter "Procurement unit" or "Client requests offers") requests offers for individual job training in accordance with the request for tenders and its appendices (hereinafter "object of procurement"). The object of the procurement is an individual job coaching service, the purpose of which is to quickly and effectively get the clients employed on the open labor market. The service is implemented as intensive individual guidance, where the focus is on concrete job search procedures and employer contacts and in preparation for the recruitment process. The primary goal of the service is employment. Work trial, referral to training or other intermediate steps can only be used as means to support employment, and are not paid for separate compensation to the service provider. The service to be procured is a service in accordance with CPV code 79611000-0 (Job search services), which is regulated in § 107 of the Procurement Act (1397/2016) (Procurement of social and health services and other special services applicable regulations. According to § 25 of the law, the national threshold value of the social and health services referred to in points 1-4 of Appendix E is 400, 000 euros without VAT. The projected value of this procurement is below the set national threshold and within it the Procurement Act applies only to the extent applicable. The procurement procedure is an open procedure.
