Description : The purpose of this RFP is to identify a suitable individual consultant to develop, implement and coordinate the continuous improvement of the Strategic Partnership for IHR and Health Security (SPH) Portal. Activities include to coordinate and implement software development life cycle (SDLC) of SPH Portal with collaboration of WHO IT and relevant units or department within WHO. The incumbent will work closely with the WHO IT focal points in following up and reporting to the Unit Head of MHS on any IT-related issues on SPH Portal.
