Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all periods of renewal. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). The individual coaching service should enable the accompanied agent to mobilize their own resources, develop their potential and skills in line with the expectations of the community and while respecting its values. Collective coaching should make it possible to engage teams in a dynamic that leads them to resolve a problem or improve their performance, by mobilizing their resources, relying on collective intelligence, the richness and complementarity of skills (hard and soft skills). Lot 1 will be awarded to a single economic operator, however the Region reserves the right to possibility of using third parties, particularly for needs that concern General Management staff, or in the event of a conflict of interest. Lot 2 will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers regular, acceptable and appropriate)
