The City of Helsinki is responsible for providing public social and health care and rescue services and organizing in their area. The service related to this purchase is based on the provisions of the Health Care Act (1326/2010) and the statutory organizational responsibility. Procurement includes both procurement of goods and services. The end result of the service is available to the customer a ready-made aid, which must meet the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (719/2021) and the applicable EU Regulations (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MD Regulation). The aim of the tender is to establish a procurement framework arrangement for the social, health and rescue services of the city of Helsinki.
