The City of Helsinki's social, health and rescue department is requesting offers for individual medical rehabilitation aids and related services. The City of Helsinki is responsible for public social and health care and rescue operations providing and organizing services in their area. The service related to this purchase is based on the provisions of the Health Care Act (1326/2010) and the statutory organizational responsibility. Procurement includes both procurement of goods and services. Service as a result, the customer gets a ready-made aid that must meet the requirements of the Medical Devices Act (719/2021) and the relevant EU regulations (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices (MD regulation). Tender the aim is to establish a framework arrangement from the procurement for use by the social, health and rescue industry of the city of Helsinki. The procurement is divided into five (5) sub-areas: - Sub-area 1: Support insoles and neurological support insoles - Sub-area 2: Special footwear -Part area 3: Ankle-foot orthoses and knee-ankle-foot orthoses -Part area 4: Lower limb prostheses -Part area 5: Upper limb prostheses The items of procurement and the content of the service are described in more detail in the tender documents. the health industry does not commit to any procurement quantities, but products are ordered as needed.
