Short description: The Directorate for Public Administration and Financial Management (DFØ) needs to establish a centralized framework agreement for the procurement and delivery of multifunction machine services with relevant accessories. DFØ has previously had a traditional approach to multifunction machines that include leasing machines and service at a click price, but now wants to facilitate a pure service agreement where we want secure printing, copy and scanning delivered as a service. DFØ wants a dialogue with the supplier market to identify opportunities and possible challenges in procuring multifunction services in this way.
