Indicative announcement Case processing system for debt collection (Inkasso) 2026 Bergen municipality is to acquire a new professional collection system. The purpose of the acquisition is to put in place a collection system that contributes to more efficient work processes and possibility for development in line with needs and requirements within this management area. It is planned to enter into an agreement on ongoing service purchases over the internet (as-a-service delivery). The client invites dialogue with the market ahead of the competition. We will conduct a dialogue on 28 and 29 April. 1:1 meetings will be held and we expect the meeting to take approx. 1 hour. In the dialogue, we want answers to questions as described below. We want the supplier to create and send over a PowerPoint presentation with questions and answers ahead of the dialogue meeting to reduce time. We ask that the supplier gives feedback on the desired day and time. There is an opportunity to ask questions in the meeting from both parties. The presentation is sent to the communication module in Mercell i ahead of the meeting.
