Indicative announcement - Framework agreements for consultancy services IT and development in the Norwegian Environment Agency The Norwegian Environment Agency plans to carry out a procurement process to enter into framework agreements for the purchase of IT consultancy services within system development and specialized subject areas. The purpose is to ensure access to expertise for further development, management and modernization of digital solutions, as well as support for product teams and interdisciplinary initiatives. The agreements must cover both developer resources and specialists within other project management, architecture, design, consulting and technology-related roles. We plan to announce the procurement in week 25, with an associated offer conference in week 26. The conference will be conducted digitally. The offer deadline for the procurement will be 1 September.
