Tender Details

The IVA for the Second Real Estate Registration project will support the development and application of arobust verification methodology for the Systematic Land Registration (SLR) andgender action activities of the project, prepare Results Verification Reports(RVRs) for the DLIs activities that track and confirm progress in achieving theDLIs targets for the project. The IVA will inform the Bank-sdecisions on disbursements, potential required amendments, and documentation ofthe lessons learned. The consultant is expected to develop a detailed methodologicalapproach for the periodic verification that will be agreed with the PalestineLand Authority (PLA) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) and will constitute theoperational approach for preparing periodic RVRs. The methodological approachand the periodic RVRs will constitute the key deliverables of theassignment.
