SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - A-E SURVEY AND MAPPING MATOCU.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Latin America and Caribbean District (CESAA)The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to conduct market research and gain knowledge of potential qualified firms, including Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) concerns. This is not a Request for Proposal and will be used to identify firms for the purpose of determining how the solicitation will be advertised. This Sources Sought announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Latin America and Caribbean District (CESAA), is planning work that will consist of surveying and mapping services to support planning, engineering design, construction, operations, and maintenance of civil works and military construction projects. Work will include, but is not limited to, topographic surveying, property/boundary surveys, construction surveys, photogrammetric and LiDAR mapping, and inland hydrographic surveying. The purpose of this proposed contract is to provide Architect-Engineer (A-E) surveying and mapping services for projects located within the geographic boundaries of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
