Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction and expansion of the hotel building in Przydwórze as part of the investment called Increasing the tourist attractiveness of the Recreation Center in Przydwórze. 2. The scope of reconstruction and expansion works, including construction, includes: 1) construction of balconies with staircases; 2) roofing made of roofing felt with sheet metal flashings, gutters, lightning protection installation; 3) partial replacement of windows and doors; 4) thermal insulation of the external walls of the building along with plastering mineral plaster and painting the facade; 5) electrical installations with installation of emergency and evacuation lighting; 6) installation of information signs with Braille, installation of fire extinguishers; 7) hardening of part of the area with concrete blocks; 8) planting shrubs.3. Detailed scope robt contains design documentation for the reconstruction and expansion of the hotel building in Przydwórze in construction projects and technical designs for works in the construction and electrical industries.
