4.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an ATV quad off-road vehicle with equipment dedicated to rescue activities and the purchase of additional rescue equipment as part of the task titled: Increasing resistance to climate change by equipping Volunteer Fire Department units in the Rokiciny Commune with firefighting equipment, divided into two parts: 1. The scope of the order for Part 1 includes the purchase and delivery of an ATV quad off-road vehicle with equipment dedicated to rescue activities.4.2. The material scope of the subject of the order includes, in particular, for part 1 and part 2: 1) delivery of the subject of the order, in accordance with Annex No. 1 to SWZ, 2) transfer of rescue equipment and a vehicle manufactured in 2026, free from defects, brand new, unused, technically efficient, complete and ready for operation, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) delivery of the necessary technical description of the subject of the order (in Polish), 4) delivery, together with the vehicle, of the instructions for installed devices and equipment required for operation in Polish, as well as a set of documents necessary for registration of the vehicle...
