The subject of the order is: Increasing network security and expanding the medical systems of WS-SP ZOZ in Zgorzelec. Task No. 1: Purchase and implementation of a classroom system MEMORIAL Task No. 2: Purchase of a license for the UTM Stormshield system owned by the Ordering Party. Task No. 3: Expansion of the endoscopic examination archiving station of the Endobox system owned by the Ordering Party. 3.3. The description of the subject of the order is included in Annexes No. 2, 3, 3A and 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 to the SWZ. 3.4. The Ordering Party requires, and the Contractor undertakes, to employ employees directly performing activities related to the work: within the scope of package No. 1: system implementation and administrator training, in the scope of package No. 3: updating the system, based on an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, taking into account the minimum remuneration for work established on the basis of Article 2, section 3-5 of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum remuneration for work, throughout the entire period of implementation of the Agreement. The same obligation applies to Subcontractors and further Subcontractors of the Contractor. In the scope of package No. 2, the Ordering Party does not require employment.
