1. The subject of the order is to increase the level of protection of the e-mail system as part of the project "Development of digital services at the St. John of Dukla Oncology Center of the Lublin Region in Lublin".
The Ordering Party did not divide the order into parts due to the fact that the order in question is technical, organizational and economic, it creates an inseparable whole. This decision will not distort competition by limiting the ability of smaller entities, in particular small and medium-sized enterprises, to compete for the contract. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the possibilities entities from the SME sector. The decision was verified in terms of functionality and implementation methods used, and the structure of potential contractors on the market relevant to the subject of the contract was taken into account.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to:
a) Project implementation technical;
b)Installation and basic configuration;
c) Configuration of policies and rules;
d)Functional tests;
e) conducting free training for the Ordering Party's administrators, confirmed by the training protocol;
3. The Contractor declares that:
a) the subject of the order is ready for use without any additional purchases and investments;
b) the subject of the order does not have any physical or legal defects;
c) the subject of the order meets the requirements of the Ordering Party, specified in the SWZ together with the annexes;
d) the subject of the order comes from the manufacturer's authorized distribution channel;
e) the subject of the order is compatible...
