1. The subject of the order is the development of design documentation and land development by increasing the green area at Plac Maria Konopnicka in Suwaki, in the design and build formula, in the scope of: - development of design documentation for land development, - based on the prepared documentation, obtaining on its basis a notification or a building permit for the performance of construction works consisting of: dismantling concrete balls and installing ground lighting fixtures, demolition of parts surface, construction of tree plantings, reconstruction of the surface with stone slabs and stone cubes on a cement-sand ballast.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Functional and Utility Program with annexes.3. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, in a place where the subject of the order is described using standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. Furthermore, it should be assumed that all such references are accompanied by the words "or equivalent".
