The subject of the Public Contract is the provision and implementation of a system for ensuring vulnerability management (hereinafter referred to as "vulnerability management"), i.e. the design and implementation of a software solution for the detection and management of vulnerabilities in the network, which will perform repeated automated scanning in networks operated by the Principal. The subject of the Public Contract includes the analysis, deployment, acquisition of the necessary tool licenses, its deployment, setting according to requirements (work) and subsequent service and development support of vulnerability management, including the necessary licenses (support services and development services). Closer the specification of the Public Procurement subject is given in Annex No. 1 ZD Technical Specification and in Annex No. 2 ZD Catalog of Requirements. The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of the contract for the work, which forms Annex No. 3 ZD. The public contract is implemented as part of the project entitled "Urban cyber security part of Prague 1", co-financed from the National Recovery Plan program, on the basis of Call No. 46 - Cyber security - urban areas, project registration number CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/24_145/0011567. In view of this fact, the public contract is awarded taking into account the rules according to § 18, paragraph 2 of the ZZVZ in over-limit mode. The supplier is obliged to comply with all rules and conditions resulting from the said subsidy program, which apply to the Public Contract.
