Increasing cyber resistance and business continuity of Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. z o. o. in Siemiatycze by implementing modern solutions, modernizing infrastructure and improving staff competences. Part II - Competence area and area IT technical 1. The subject of the order is financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Program, Priority: C3 Cybersecurity. Operation: C3.1.1. Cybersecurity - CyberPL. 2.The project aims to strengthen cyber resilience by modernizing infrastructure and developing team competences. The project will include the following activities: 1)Modernization of network infrastructure: Implementation of IT/OT network segmentation and micro-segmentation, which will enable isolation of critical systems and minimizing potential damage in the event of an attack. A network traffic monitoring system (IDS/IPS) will also be implemented. It will enable the collection of system logs and digital evidence necessary for incident analysis. 2)Implementation of secure remote access: Introduction of a centralized and secure remote access system that will allow for control and auditing of connections to OT/IT networks. 3) Ensuring business continuity: A system for creating and managing backup copies will be implemented, incl including for control systems, which will ensure quick recovery in the event of an incident. 3.The project is consistent with the priorities of the KPO and Increasing Resilience, and in particular with the goal of Transf...
