O. - Častolovice - Solnice, 3rd part", II. stage - SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT The subject of this contract is the construction of the construction "Increasing the capacity of the line Týniště n.O. - Častolovice - Solnice, 3rd part", II. stage - SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES. Basic subject of the Public Contract Works "Increasing the capacity of the line Týniště n.O. - Častolovice - Solnice, 3rd part", II. stage - SECURITY AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT is defined by the list of objects listed in Annex No. 7.1.1 of Special technical conditions (Part 2, Part 8 Tender documentation). The subject of the Public Contract is also the provision of cooperation related to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Agreement on the provision of cooperation, whereby parts of the Work are understood (but not exclusively) security devices, operational applications linked to security devices (hereinafter also referred to as "Devices"), and for possible future needs of the client to follow up on the delivered part of the Work with another Device of another contractor/manufacturer. The investment event is divided in total for three separate contracts - Infrastructure, Energy and Security and communication equipment, which form a functional unit. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance of the Public Contract is provided in other parts of the procurement documentation.
