1)Purchase of Backoffice devices and software for e-services;
Part II Implementation of e-services and back-office solutions
1) introduction of three new e-services at maturity levels 4 and 5 (Application to report the intention to start construction; Application for concluding and/or terminating a contract for water supply or sewage disposal);
2) Virtual Customer Service Office - eConsultant allows for the secure transfer of sensitive data and verification of the caller's identity;
